NSYS 2020-2021 Season

We have been watching the situation with Covid-19 to determine what the 2020-2021 season will look like for NSYS. Given that WWU and the Bellingham School District will be all online beginning in the fall, we have decided to postpone the start of NSYS until our rehearsal spaces will be Covid safe. We are sad that we can’t get the students together right now to make symphonic music, and we encourage students to continue with their individual pursuits on their instruments.

We are continuing all the administrative work to be ready to start back up with rehearsals once it’s safe. Hopefully this will be as early as January 2021.

In the meantime, make as much music as you can. Listen to as much music as you can. It really helps get us through all these isolating times. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy.  – Your NSYS Board of Directors
