Accepted Formats: .jpg or .pdf

Benefactor: ($2,000+)
● Full Page Ad 7″ wide x 10″ high

Friend: ($1,000+)
● Half Page Ad 7″ wide x 5″ high

Donor: ($425+)
● Quarter Page Ad 3-1/2″ x 5″ Horizontal or Vertical

Supporter: ($200+)
● Business Card Ad 3-1/2″ x 2″ Horizontal or Vertical

Contributor: (up to $150)
● All contributors giving more than $50 will be listed in the concert program.

Please provide the name as you would like it printed in the program.
