Our June Concert is Today!

The Concert takes place at 7:30 pm in Western’s Performing Arts Center:

A few reminders:

  • Dress code is all black for both ensembles.  Please wear black shoes and black socks too if at all possible.
  • Call time for musicians is 5:30 pm.  Philharmonia will start in Room 24 and Symphony in Room 16 until the Concert Hall opens up.  This last pre-concert rehearsal is essential given the Memorial Day Break.
  • Please invite family and friends; there is plenty of space, and the concert is free–though we welcome donations at the door.
  • We will celebrate as always with a reception after the performance; please bring a treat to share!.

Access:

  • We have reserved the small lot by the Performing Arts Center and will prioritize folks with mobility concerns. You can also park in lot 6V (off Garden Street by the Viking Union) for a negligible fee, and take the elevator up through the Viking Union building.
  • We will have a live stream of the event.  Use this link if you know pepole who want to view the concert remotely.
